Organizational Announcement

Union Metal Corporation, Canton, Ohio, announced that Charles J. Rowe, Jr. has been elected as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Rowe’s election was announced by Gary Obermiller, Chairman of the Board of the Board of Union Metal Holding Corporation. Mr. Rowe brings 16 years of experience as CEO or CFO of custom steel products companies. Most recently Chuck led Sharon Companies in Akron, Ohio. Sharon is a designer, fabricator and installer of steel egress stair systems for high-rise construction throughout the country. Many of the requirements imposed upon Sharon are similar to those seen by Union Metal.
