Pricing Announcement

Dear Valued Customers,

We have been notified by our steel suppliers of a significant increase in the cost of coil and plate steel. This steel increase along with increases in fuel, energy and labor costs have resulted in a general increase in all steel products of approximately 6 % - 7 ½ %.

Open quotations will be honored at the quoted price for orders released for manufacture by April 1, 2008. Expired quotations will be re-quoted using current labor and material costs. Purchase orders that have been received but are in our “Pre-Booked” file pending approval and/or release will be subject to price increases after their 60 day release period has elapsed or by April 1, which ever applies.

Effective immediately, existing price lists will be adjusted and new quotations will reflect the increased cost. We will continue to keep you appraised of other pricing changes on either steel or aluminum products as information becomes available. Thank you for your support and we look forward to continuing our business relationship in 2008.
